Discover Victorian splendour in this charming home in the delightful seaside town of Hunstanton.

Three Steps is a Victorian carrstone cottage, built from the red rocks fallen from the cliffs in Old Hunstanton. This semi-detached cottage was constructed at the same time as the pier when the town became a fashionable seaside resort for Victorians escaping from the cities.

The historic property stands on land once owned by the Le Strange family who were the squires and lords of the manor of Old Hunstanton for 800 years. They still retain rights to draw water from the land. Three Steps retains many of its original features, including an open fire, and has been comfortably furnished, providing every modern convenience.

The property offers stunning sea views and boasts its own enclosed, sunny garden and parking for two cars.

Just a short walk from the fascinating striped cliffs and the Blue Flag sandy beach with its rock pools, Three Steps sleeps up to 10 people.

Old Hunstanton, with its quaint Norfolk Flint cottages and stylish beach huts, has changed very little since those early days and the coastline is famous for its dramatic sunsets.

Take a short stroll from Three Steps and you will find ancient inns, shops, restaurants, and cafes and the town offers a range of sporting activities and other attractions.

Sandringham, the Royal family’s country home, is just a short drive away.
