BOOKING CONDITIONS AND TERMS A non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable on booking. The balance is due six weeks before the first day of the holiday. Where a booking is made six weeks or less before arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking. Good care should be taken of the property and its contents, and it should be left as clean and tidy as you found it. We can be flexible on the changeover day and holidays start from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, however caused, which may be sustained during the holiday, to any party member or invited persons, to any car, its contents or any other possession of the party and guests. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Electricity and heating costs are included in the rental. Cancellation Terms In the event of you cancelling your holiday booking:
